Promise me you will always remember that you are stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and loved more than you ever imagined.

First Day of School

First day of school, and the kids were all excited to head off to school for some new adventures.
I was a tad excited to have them head out the door for school, until I remembered that I would be lonely without them.  I Hope they make some good memories this year.
Such a cute little sass a frass.
This kid is a heart breaker already.
So many new adventures await Karolina while she is here in America.

A little "Potty" Humor

Before Elena went home we were shopping in Sams Club and found this cute little kids toilet in the family restroom.  I could not resist getting a picture of her and the kids on the toilet.

Elena being the silly girl she is dropped her shorts for a quick picture.
Jake sat on the toilet and found that it was just his size.  :)
Wait, so did Ellie, (such a cute little toilet) but even cuter girl!
So When Karolina arrived I decided it was a picture that must be taken.
She was not quite as brave and Elena, but the picture turned out just as cute.  :)

Shopping with the girls!

Ellie, I Mustache you a question, have you seen the Easter Bunny?  lol
 Love my little princess!

Ellie told me to shoot her if she ever fits in this size of a bra.  lol
I took Karolina and Ellie shopping for some girls time out.
We found these awesome glasses that they loved goofing off in.
We had a great time hanging just the girls, and got to know eachother a little better.

Mini Session with Karolina

I took Karolina out for a mini photo session the other day.  I like to get lots of shots so I have a variety to choose from when picking out the perfect pictures to hang on the wall and put on the piano.  I got tons of great shots of this beautiful girl.  She is such a pretty girl.

Ellie asked for a picture with Karolina so she could put it on her dest in her room
I just love this kid, he brings such happiness to my heart!

Slip Slidin' Away

My niece Rachel and her husband own a bunch of bounce houses that they rent out in the summer.  So we have been pretty lucky to have them willing to blow different ones up for us this summer.
The kids love playing wit Xander and the bounce houses, with or without water.

Ellie and Cindy were booking it down the slide.
Several times the kids were going down the slides so fast that they caught air.
Just a reminder to say no to crack (unless its a cute one like this one)  ;)
Love Jakes hair and face in this shot.
Karolina didnt want to get wet, so she enjoyed holding a cousins baby instead.  They were visiting from Thailand.  Such a cute little baby!
Xander, love this kid so much.  He is such a spunky little firecracker.  <3 p="">
The kids decided to give lots of wet hugs to Karolina.  I'm sure she enjoyed everyone of them.
Ellie could not stop smiling, it was great.
Thank you Craig and Rachel for loving my kids so much and sharing your FUN toys with them.

More Idaho Picture Overload

I find such joy in taking pictures.  I am so thankful for a husband who sees the joy it brings me and makes sure I have a camera worthy of taking good pictures. :)
At the lookout with Karolina, Ellie and Jake.  She thought it was beautiful
 Jake already love his Karolina

Is there anything really better than throwing rocks in the river on a pretty summer night?

Jake insisted that Karolina stand next to him while he was swinging.  lol

There is a pretty yucky fire here in Idaho at the moment which is pretty sad, but it sure has made for some amazing sunsets.  (finding beauty in eventhe worst of situations)
I got this hammock when I was in high school and never used it.  Once we cleared sheds, fences, and a few odd trees I found the perfect place to hang it and the kids have loved it.
 Experts on the monkey bars

The big fire across the freeway from us.  It kind of reminds me of pictures of the dust storms.
