As most of you know, Ray and I helped Jake build his first snowman. Well in the last couple of days we have noticed that he has slowly been leaning over, more and more. Well yesterday when Ray came home from work he said it looked like our snowman was on his knees praying, and told me to get a few pictures of it before it fell over. Well, while I was out there snapping some shots I had a gal and her husband pull over and ask if I minded if they took a picture of my praying snowman. And since then I have had one a teenage boy, and some older guy knock on my door asking if they could take pictures of my praying snowman. We have also had alot of slow drive by's with onlookers. Ellie says he is praying for it to stay freezing, so that he wont melt. I don't know, MAYBE??? :)

LOL you couldn't have planned that if you tried. But even snowmen should pray right? Maybe it's because of your cool food coloring. Maybe it made him top heavy. haha

ReplyDeleteTayson is 6 and in first grade. I showed him the comment you wrote from Ellie and he just grinned. You can tell she is girl, already deciding who is going to marry who. Too cute!
That is so funny. How much you want to bet this picture is going to be in one of those emails that gets passed around and then someone is going to decide it needs a story, and then when you get it in your in box in a couple of months, it will say "Here is a picture of a snowman in a Minnesota family's yard, they designed it and are sending this picture around the world to ask everyone to pray for peace", or something like that.
