My dad was in a car accident last night. Here are some pictures of his car. They think he may have swerved into a tow truck that was hauling a car, though we don't know why. It happened around 8 pm by Brentwood as he was coming home from St. George. My brother Chad was on call so he took care of him en-route to the hospital . The miracle of it all is that my mom was supposed to be with him and she had stayed home because she didn't feel good! She must have something important to do here on the earth for her life to be spared as many times as it has in the last couple of months. My dad had some x-rays taken to make sure he was OK, and then they decided to keep him overnight. I think someone is definitely looking out for my parents! Between there multiple hospital visits in the past six months, and now this, I just have to thank my Heavenly Father for the time we have with them here on Earth. The damage to the car was all caused by the accident.

I can hardly believe your dad was able to walk away from that accident...please keep us updated on his condition...what a blessing that your parents have been able to be spared so many times.
ReplyDeleteWow! I looked at the pics before reading the whole story & was prepared for A LOT worse news. I am so grateful C.F. was being watched over and your mother wasn't there. I was nice that Chad was able to be there on the scene and make sure he was well taken care of.
ReplyDeleteI feel like Heavenly Father must have something important for them to do TOGETHER on this earth. Maybe mom can learn how to enjoy life again now that she is almost pain free. Hopefully we can all band together to teach her how much fun life can be with such a big family. Love ya Kellie
ReplyDeleteAren't those pictures crazy. I almost called you when it happened, but I really wanted good news to tell you first and by the time I heard back the sisters said they had talked to everyone. I was thankful that some lady on scene called me before the medics got there. I was able to call Chad and let him know it was his Dad in the car accident. It would have been horrible to come on scene to that car and not have a warning of who to expect there.
